Ms. Xu has been working on data compliance and corporate compliance for many years, and providing the legal services for listed enterprises, high-tech enterprises, Fortune Global 500 and regulatory authorities. The legal services include systematic evaluation of personal data/information protection, compliance procedure/management set-up, data cross-border transfer design, and etc., covering the business fields of finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals, Internet, retail and etc. She also has the great experience of contract review, dispute resolution and other legal services related to export control, anti-corruption, anti unfair competition and other compliance/legal affairs.

Ms. Xu previously worked as an in-house legal counsel in a domestic listed company of smart hardware, which provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise internal legal and compliance management on different stage, covering R&D, manufacture, sales, promotion and etc. She also has the working experience in a listed UK group company, as the compliance director in the China, carrying out the legal affairs of contract review, anti unfair competition, anti-corruption, export control and etc.
