Personal Profile：

Mr. Huang is the second grade professor of law, doctoral supervisor, and the dean of Intellectual Property School of Shenzhen University.

He is also the member of the Standing Committee and the Legislative Committee of the 5^th and 6^th Shenzhen People's Congress; and the member of the Judicial Supervision Committee of the 7^th Shenzhen People's Congress.

In addition, Mr. Huang is both the director and the arbitrator of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, and also the member of Expert Advisory Committee of Shenzhen People's Procuratorate.

Mr. Huang also deeply participated in the pilot work of "Personal Information Protection Measures Compliance Assessment" launched by a Chinese Regulatory Authority in 2020, and is the main drafter of the <Guidelines for Legal Compliance Assessment of Personal Information Protection> which was issued by China Law Association on Science & Technology; he is also the main drafter of the <Guidelines for Compliance Assessment of Face Information Processing> working with the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT); he also participated in the legislation work of the <Data Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone> and etc.
